Our little family moved to Bloomington Indiana on June 26th, 2006 for Matthias to attend law school at Indiana University. We had just celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary, Ty is 2 years old, and Beckham is 1 month old. It was a hard thing to do - to say goodbye to our families, but we are so excited to experience something new in life. Matthias drove the moving truck with his dad and brother out to Indiana, taking 3 days. My mom flew out with me and the boys a couple of days later.
We live in a bottom level apartment. We have a pool, lots of grass to play on, and fun neighbors. Above us live a Korean family, the Kim's. They have two elementary aged kids who love playing with Ty. They would have us over for Korean food every so often. Next door to us are Melissa and Marty from West Virginia who have a daughter Ty's age named Livie. They play.
